To ensure your homes or lodges are covered by the Platinum Seal Warranty Scheme, it is important that you ensure that the home or lodge is registered with us. These types of things are easily forgotten in the pressures of selling homes so we recommend that you do this as soon as a purchaser is associated with a home or lodge. This can be done as early as you know the plot number of the home or lodge and the details of the purchaser.

How to ensure your home is registered with Platinum Seal:

Online registration

Simply go on line and advise us of the home or lodge, where it will be sited and when your client takes possession, and we will ensure your home is registered.

Call us

Simply give us a call on 01604 946 791 and you can ensure that your home is registered

By Post

Download the online registration form and return it to us and we will ensure your home is registered.

Once the home or lodge is registered your client will receive full details of their Platinum Seal Warranty in the post, which includes full terms and conditions, and what to do if they need to make a claim.

Please note that a late application fee will be applicable if the home or lodge has not been registered within 90 days of your client taking possession of their home or lodge.
