HOLIDAY LODGE STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Finding your new holiday lodge is exciting, yet is probably one of the largest single investments you have made since purchasing your home. Buying a lodge is a life-changing decision, with hard earnt savings being invested in your dream second-home. Yet we hope that once you have taken possession of your lodge, you’ll be saying ‘I wish I had done it years ago’. Yet buying any home can sometimes be stressful. Even when you have found the park you wish to live on, chosen your preferred manufacturer to supply your dream lodge, and chosen the right model there is still a lot to do.

We like to make life a little easier for you with the added assurance that your lodge is covered by a structural warranty. This is different to your standard building and contents insurance as it provides you with cover for a wide range of structural defects that could, although rarely, occur during the first ten years after your park home is manufactured.

Cover starts from the date of dispatch of your lodge from the manufacturer and lasts up to a maximum period of up to 10 years from the date of dispatch.
