Unless the owner of the park your park home is sited on completes the process for you, its your responsibility to ensure your Platinum Seal Warranty is registered with us. These types of things are easily forgotten in the pressures of selling homes, and moving, and someone somewhere may well forget. This can be done as early as you know the plot number of your home, and the serial number to your home.

How to ensure your home is registered with Platinum Seal:


Simply go on line and advise us of your home, where it will be sited and when you move in, and we will ensure your home is registered.


Simply give us a call on 01604 946 791 and you can ensure that your home is registered


Download the online registration form and return it to us and we will ensure your home is registered.

Once your home is registered you will receive full details of your Platinum Seal Warranty in the post, which includes full terms and conditions, and what to do if you need to make a claim.
