If you are in the unfortunate position of having a problem with your new Holiday Lodge the action you take will depend upon the section of your Platinum Seal Warranty that currently applies.
To find out which sections of cover currently apply please refer to your Warranty Agreement and Insurance Certificate. Full details of your cover can be found by reading your Certificate Of Insurance in conjunction with your Warranty Agreement.
