Having purchased your Lodge it is important that you look after the home with regular maintenance to ensure that the structure of your home is well protected.  It is essential that you follow the maintenance obligations as set out within your warranty policy. These requirements are in addition to any specifications, requirements or conditions set out in your Manufacturers handbook. Failure to comply with these Maintenance obligations may invalidate your warranty and claims declined. All receipts for the maintenance carried out on your park home must be retained as proof of compliance with your maintenance obligations.

It is important to stress that your warranty does not cover your home for wear and tear or for the lack of maintenance carried out on your home. You will be required to provide evidence of the maintenance you had carried out throughout the life of your home in the event of a claim.
