If you are in the unfortunate position of having a problem with your new Park Home the action you take will depend upon the section of your Platinum Seal Warranty that currently applies.

To find out which sections of cover currently apply please refer to your Warranty Agreement and Insurance Certificate. Full details of your cover can be found by reading your Certificate Of Insurance in conjunction with your Warranty Agreement.

Sections of cover

Defects Cover in first 12 Months from date of dispatch

Your homes first years cover is provided by your manufacturer and is responsible for all defects to your home both internally and externally.

Structural cover in months 13 to 24 from date of dispatch

Your homes second year’s cover is provided by your manufacturer and is responsible for any structural defects to your home.

Structural insurance period years 3-10 from date of dispatch

During years 3 to 10 your structural insurance period our Platinum Seal warranty cover protects you from structural defects, which although rare, can be costly to rectify.
